By chance this coffee had come to us through an oddity of connection with an exporter whom we met through Discord of all places. For the longest time it had been a wish of mine to finally roast a classic natural Yemeni lot, and now we have it. This is a truly nanolot coffee, with only 80 kilograms of the greens being available on market. Grown on the iconic terraces that dominate the mountainous regions of Yemen and fed water only through rainfall, this is a truly exceptional lot grown and processed by Abdullah Al-Habari and his brothers.
This, in our opinion is a fantastic representation of what Yemeni coffee can be.
