How long should I rest the coffee for?

Generally, I would give the coffees at least 30 days from roast date to rest, however coffee to coffee may vary at peak time. Some would peak at 45 days where others would peak at 60 days.

It would also be advisable to open the bag the day before drinking, as some introduction of oxygen may help with expressing aromatics, much like decanting wine.

When are your roast days?

Roast days are not fixed due to the randomised schedule of my primary job. However, your orders should not take more than 10 days to process.

How long will shipping take?

Within Singapore, shipping should take between 2-4 days.

Within South East Asia, shipping should take 7-10 days.

To Europe, Middle East and continental US, shipping should take 10-15 days.

How long should the coffee rest?

2 weeks is the absolute minimum we would suggest to rest. However depending on the coffee, it could peak anywhere from 3 weeks to an entire month.

Are returns accepted?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns as coffees are consumable goods. Please contact our customer service should you have any issues with a coffee or your order.
