PILOT BATCH - Peru El Pino & El Palto
This marks as the very first batch(es) Exposure Therapy has ever done!
While novelty is nice the uncertainty of it isn't. That's why we're letting these go for a discounted price as we'd like to hear for feedback first.
Batch 1 a.k.a Oops too light!
One might say it is even lighter than a normal Nordic light. Might taste like grass after 30 days, might not taste like grass after 30 days. Either way ideally this batch would need a month or so of rest from the roast date. So, just be patient.
(The old agtron scale fed me an error message when I tried to get a reading of the grounds. Buyer be aware)
Batch 2 a.k.a Slightly More Developed
Not necessarily a faithful execution of Nordic light but it still pulls ahead quite light. Expect more caramel-y sweetness than fruit-y sweetness. However, it is still best to rest it for roughly two weeks and ideally three. I could see it working for espresso.
Net weight for both bags are 200g.
